What are Chilblains?

Chilblains are (Chill Blayns) are those painful inflammation of small blood vessels in your skin that's caused by extreme exposure to indurating cold rainfall. Indurating air air is said to be the main cause of chilblains. It's also known as pernio and cold convinced vascular complaint. It can affect into itching and may beget red patches along with swelling on your hands and bases. Severe pernio can also beget painful pocks. 

Symptoms of Chilblains

The symptoms depends upon person to person, however the symptoms are known like Redness, Itchiness, pain, blisters, etc.

Treatment of Chilblains

Beget for chilblains is still unknown. This may be an abnormal response of a body with the extreme cold rainfall. Rewarming causes the small blood vessels to expand snappily than hard larger blood vessels can handle. This marvels results into to a tailback effect and the blood leaks into the near apkins which causes in change of skin colour. 
 
 Also, the cold air and extreme rainfall main cause the small blood vessels near the face of the skin to strain. This results into detonation of apkins which causes swelling. Also the swelling irritates the jitters and causes pain. 

How to Prevent Chilblains

Doctor can diagnose the pernio on the base of physical examination. You would needed to visit the clinic or the croaker. The croaker may ask you certain questions that will help him and diagnosing the complaint like if your recent exposure to cold and damp environment. However, the croaker may decide to go for vivisection of the skin patch, If the condition is veritably severe. This involves removing a small towel of skin as a sample which is latterly transferred to the lab for examination. The sample is looked with microscope to check whether it's chilblains or skin cancer.
